Three young heroes and a few companions wandered through the dark and foggy forest. The eldest of these three is a young woman, followed by her two younger brothers, not sure if they were of Indian or African descent. Their destination was within reach. If only they could pass through the forest, alive. To help them on their journey, they were assisted by a djinn. Two wishes had already been used; they have one left. As they continued through the forest, they were walking with a few non-human companions. One was a deer-like creature, reminiscent of the mythical Quilin from all across Eastern myth. If I remember correctly, this creature could talk, had the coat of a spotted deer with 7-9 small horns growing out of its back, specifically out of the thick of its lion-like mane.   April 1, 2021 I dreamt that I was speaking to a guy about demon-striking blades. He unsheathed a sword and told me that it is his weapon of choice. I told him, "I understand; I too face the devil with a sword. However, when you see the devil, you must wait before you strike. If you don't, heads might roll that isn't his, but the head of someone you know and love." This is due to a spirit's ability to overshadow a person, covering them like a cloak. If one is not careful, they will strike the person instead of the spirit. The goal here seems to be to divide the spirit from the individual's body, not strike the person themselves. A theory as to what that blade might be? After chatting for a bit, we went ahead and parted ways. I stepped into a group of people with my brother to say hi before the event started. This group consisted of o ne guy and a dozen or so women. In this group, we somehow got to talking about two other friends of ours, both women. One was an elderly lady, and one was not. The guy in this group of women became angry; he could not believe that men and women could just be friends. After telling us so, he stormed outside of the building, entirely indignant with some of his female entourage following him out. Confused, I followed him outside, asking him why. A short dream; I was on Facebook, scrolling through one of my Facebook groups, and a question was posed, "Is the bible socialist?" In the comments, everyone said no. I was thinking of whether I should respond or not with a contrary notion. That being that the bible leans towards socialism over capitalism despite it not being socialist either. As I began to straddle the border of the waking and the resting world, verses came to mind regarding the Bible's politics. Firstly, I intend to explore this thought regarding biblical socialism, and afterward, I intend to write about a system which is more biblically accurate. Now, biblically speaking, we don't see capitalism or socialism because scripture shows that God owns the means of production. A man leaves his hometown to fight in a war, temporarily leaving behind his wife, son, and the family dog - all for the good of his people, in response to the call of his king. As fate would have it, while he was gone, his wife and son died in a mysterious accident. When word had reached him, he was filled with grief. The king, showing mercy, permitted him to return home to mourn his family. However, upon returning home, he was greeted by the warmth of a fire coming from the fireplace, and appearing before him was the face of his son. The man’s grief had been overcome with relief, even if only for a moment. In this first encounter, his son's face was pale and covered with mud. The man’s canine companion was there beside what looked like his son, and the dog's face was full of fear and concern. Matthew T Rader on Unsplash March 10th: Corrective Tax I had a dream about what I am calling “corrective taxes.” In the dream, they were being implemented by the government to deter prostitution by applying a tax to the act of prostitution to make it increasingly unaffordable. This tax would be extended beyond prostitution and into the realm of pornography as well, without outright outlawing it. In the dream, this was an economic principle of corrective taxes that the government used to move the people toward society’s desired outcome. What could a real world application of these types of taxes look like? Well, first of all, I think it would be better expressed as a type of fine. These on-the-spot penalties, or fines, would be attached to certain illegal activities in place of immediate incarceration. March 10th Justice for our Protectors: This post is still in the works - please, be patient with the process. This is not going to be an easy subject to cover. The topic at hand is “rape in the military.” Please, do not read if the topic is not for you. The dream begins as follows: I'm swimming (I was flying, but the motions were like I was swimming) through the air and I overhear a young woman say she wants to join the military. She specifically says, "this is what I want unless someone can give me a good reason to change my mind." At first I say nothing, but then, I think “if not me, who and when?” So I decide to take on the task and call her from above. As we talk, she explains to me that it is because of an anime called Tatsuya. (The anime's real name is "Saga of Tanya the Evil," a military other-world anime.
